Condition: Apple Music is available as a preloaded (native) in vehicle app on select Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, and Buick vehicles equipped with Google built in.
Cause: This applies to select MY25+ vehicles with GAS infotainment (VCU mid/high radios; RPO/Option codes IVD/IVE) and qualifying software level (R6 or newer). Verify vehicle hardware/capabilities in OneCRM. Software verification: On the vehicle, navigate to Settings > System > About > Build Number. Confirm the build includes R6 (example: Burmese_orange-user 12 SQBR6-150 150 release-keys).
Mainline (newer) software identification: Android version 14 with UQBM or build number sequence 180+ (example: W53E-180.4.2-UQBM-286.5). For MY25-MY26 OPTIQ, Dolby Atmos feature applies to qualifying VCU (RPO:IVE) radio software 183.4 or newer.
Correction:
Inform customers that additional brands and vehicles will be included in later releases and continually check for updates. For any additional questions refer to the Service Procedure below for more information.
